This exceptional journey invites you to follow in the footsteps of the builders who came before and become a builder of tomorrow by supporting the Saint-Colomban Institution.
In the morning, attend Mass in French (optional) at Notre-Dame de Paris, followed by a guided tour of the cathedral. Take a stroll on the Île de la Cité, then visit the majestic Sainte-Chapelle.
Enjoy lunch at Allard by Alain Ducasse, a local institution in the La Monnaie neighborhood.
In the afternoon, you’ll meet with a passionate entrepreneur whose work focuses on preserving and promoting France’s intangible cultural heritage. The day will end with a dinner cruise on the Seine to admire the illuminated Parisian monuments.

Early departure from Paris towards Fontainebleau. Check-in at the Château de Bourron.

In the afternoon, you will discover the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte, a masterpiece of the 17th century.

The morning, travel to Meaux for Mass (optional), followed by a visit to the Saint-Étienne Cathedral and a meeting with diocesan leaders.
A “surprise” lunch (gigot-Bitume) will be held on the construction site, shared with the project managers of the Saint-Colomban Institution. This will be a key moment of sharing and exchange.
Afternoon visit to the Saint-Colomban Institution in Serris, where you will meet students and staff as you engage with the mission at the heart of this journey.
Return at the end of the day, dinner and overnight in Fontainebleau
The morning will focus on meeting “builders of today” with a visit to the Abbey of Preuilly with Patricia Husson.
Mass may be held in the chapel (optional).
Lunch at La Croix Blanche in Donnemarie-Dontilly, an old post relay listed in the Michelin Guide.
In the afternoon, dive into medieval history with a visit to Provins, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed city, and its Collegiate Church of Saint-Quiriace.
Then, travel to Champagne. Check-in at Hôtel in Reims.
Gastronomic dinner at the « Le Millénaire » restaurant and overnight in Reims.
In the morning, attend Mass in Reims (optional). Visit the Palais du Tau, the former archbishops’ palace in Reims, which houses the cathedral’s treasure.
Lunch at Brasserie Le Jardin, in the heart of Reims.
In the afternoon, enjoy a private visit to the Abbey of Saint-Pierre d’Hautvilliers, the birthplace of champagne, which can be followed by a tasting at Dom Pérignon.
Dinner at La Grande Georgette, the restaurant in Grand Hôtel des Templiers.
Overnight at the Hôtel.
In the morning, attend Mass in the magnificent setting of Reims’ Notre-Dame Cathedral, followed by a private tour of the Cathedral.
Sunday lunch at a traditional Reims brasserie.
The afternoon will be dedicated to history with a visit to the Basilica of Saint-Remi, another UNESCO World Heritage gem in the city.
Closing dinner of the Champagne leg at the « Le Foch » restaurant, before your final night in Reims.
In the morning, depart from Reims and travel to Jouarre. Visit the famous abbey and its Merovingian crypts.
Mass.
Lunch at Château Marysien in Mary-sur-Marne (30 min away).
In the afternoon, transfer back to Paris and check-in at the hotel.
The rest of the day is free for personal visits or last-minute shopping (Le Bon Marché, La Samaritaine).
Exceptional dinner in the private “Duc de Doudeauville” salon at the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée, a haven of elegance in the heart of Paris.
Overnight in Paris.
In the morning, departure for Montmartre.
Visit of the Basilica of the Sacré-Cœur with a private closing Mass for the trip.
After exploring the Butte Montmartre, lunch at Le Moulin de la Galette, a typical neighborhood restaurant.
In the afternoon, private transfer to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport for your return flight.
