In the afternoon, dive into medieval history with a visit to Provins, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed city, and its Collegiate Church of Saint-Quiriace.
Then, travel to Champagne. Check-in at Hôtel La Caserne Chanzy in Reims, opposite the cathedral.
Gastronomic dinner at the « Le Millénaire » restaurant and overnight in Reims (Le Grand Hôtel des Templiers).
